The Right Voice
Nsukka
deserves more.
Proven leadership. Clear vision. Real results — starting from where it matters most.
Meet Ebuka
From Eha Alumona
to Harvard. And back.
After two decades building policy at the highest levels — from Meta to Harvard to the halls of international governance — he’s coming home to serve.
“I’ve spent my career solving problems at global scale. But the problems that kept me up at night were always about home — about Nsukka, about Enugu, about whether the place that made me would ever get the representation it deserves.”
Born and raised in Eha Alumona, Nsukka LGA, Ebuka earned his law degree from the University of Nigeria before graduating First Class from Nigerian Law School — in the top 0.2% of his class.
At Meta/Facebook, he managed elections integrity policy across West Africa — Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone. At the Luminate/Omidyar Group, he oversaw a $20M+ grant portfolio in AI governance. He was named Africa’s inaugural Google Policy Fellow and was approved for the EB-1A “Einstein” Visa on his first filing.
Today, he holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and is completing his MBA at Harvard Business School. He founded Burlington Consult, an immigration strategy firm. His networks span three continents.
But credentials alone don’t win elections — and they don’t change communities. What matters is what you do with them. Ebuka is running because Nsukka East deserves a representative who can navigate Enugu, command respect in Abuja, and still sit with the elders in Eha Alumona and mean every word.
— Earl Chukwuebuka “Ebuka” Ogbodo
Why Ogbodo
Three reasons
this candidacy
is different.
Not promises. Not slogans. Three structural advantages that no other candidate in Nsukka East can match.
Competence
Better laws, smarter budgets, federal attention on Nsukka.
Harvard Law. Harvard Business School. First Class at Nigerian Law School — top 0.2%. The most qualified candidate Nsukka East has ever produced. Not credentials for display — credentials that translate into legislation that works, budgets that make sense, and a voice that commands respect in the chamber and in Abuja.
Connectivity
Investment, opportunity, and doors that open for Nsukka.
Former Meta/Facebook. Luminate/Omidyar Group. Africa’s inaugural Google Policy Fellow. A global network that most lawmakers will never have. These aren’t just titles — they’re doors. Doors that open to investment, partnerships, and opportunities that flow directly to Nsukka East constituents.
Community
A representative who shows up — not once every four years, but always.
Son of Eha Alumona. Born in Nsukka LGA. This isn’t a visitor collecting a political title. He has investments here. His family is here. He knows the wards, the markets, the roads that flood. He’s coming home because home is worth fighting for.

Nsukka needs you.
